Cancellation Policy At The Salon Hub, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and late policies: Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Running Late We understand that life happens! If you’re running behind, please call us as soon as possible. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee. • Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may need to reschedule, and a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
